Fashion and Style 2013

According to the New York Fashion Week Spring 2013 by Vogue, the 'in' fashion in 2013 is:
"The fashion pack was wearing patterns galore, and it's not just stripes and polka dots. Kooky florals, neon plaids, and an array of unexpected new prints from Marni and Proenza Schouler were on display. Altogether, the looks seemed suited for a book of glamorous wallpaper. But, of course, the wearers weren't wallflowers. Whether cruising up on a spotted bike (pushing pedals in Christopher Kane sandals, no less) or strutting about in a necklace that looked like a collection of diamond comets, these showgoers weren't shy about standing out."

While, the Marie Claire's Spring 2013 Fashion Trends is:
" The Helmut Newton Effect, BCBG Max Azria. Some may refer to this as the 50 Shades of Grey trend. We are not those people. Instead, we are seeing this S&M-influenced look as being inspired by famed fashion photographer Helmut Newton's iconic black-and-white photography, which always played on eroticism. Lubov Azria even referenced the photo in the show notes, citing him as the key inspiration of their collection."
